I had an oil leak that was found during an oil change a few months back. It took me almost three months to get my truck in to get this repaired under warranty because I requested to get a loaner vehicle and it must be hard to schedule that. One would assume that because of the oil leak, that once it was repaired, that Baker would have changed the oil at no cost to me but I had to pay the $99.00 even though the oil monitoring system said that I had over 35% left before I needed to change the oil. I also had a fault that shows up every time that I start my truck about the brake pad monitoring system needs repaired. According to the technician, one of the rear brake pads (one out the four on the two back brakes) was wore down, thus causing the notification. Rear brakes never wear out before front brakes, so to me, if only one pad is worn down, that tells me that there was an issue with the installation from the factory (the truck currently has around 40,000 miles on it). What I was told is that I needed new rear brakes at a cost to me of around $600.00.
