Kaleigh (sp?) was on the spot and got my new truck problem resolved without any hassles. She is being a rock in a tough situation in the service dept. Every dealership needs a Svc Rep that keeps things focused and going in the right direction when there are many things going on. Very good job Kaleigh!!
