Had a list of many things done. Everything went smooth except calling in for setting up an appointment. Not being able to get a person is terrible. Going to have to go elsewhere soon if you are going to replace people with useless machines

Brought my car in for another oil leak. Last time it was the valve cover. This time it was the timing cover. I spoke with the technician, (who was different from the name on my paperwork). He said that I was good to go and told me everything he had to do and replace to get the job done. A week later my car is leaking oil even worse than it was before I brought it in August, 2026. Of course I called and set up another appointment to have it fixed again. Now I'm being told that the leak is from my oil filter housing and the coolant housing. It seems pretty ridiculous that neither of those items were ever mentioned when it was there, at the Coopersville service center, for two and a half weeks. Both of these leaks were caused by the technician reinstalling everything. Most likely too much torque. Now Betten is saying that they want $2400+ to fix something that THEY broke. I'm sure that you have access to my files to review everything. I'm not paying for something that wa caused by a Betten Service Technician. It needs to be resolved on their dime, not mine.

Easy and convenient.

The appointment was set up for me and when I arrived the service person greeted me by name. I was explained exactly what service was being performed and then told when it would be done. I was offered to enjoy their lounge with a cup of coffee while I waited. The vehicle was done on time exactly as I was told it would be! Excellent service!!!
