I travel from Muskegon to Coopersville because I am always treated great and your service is excellent. I purchased my vehicle from you 8 years ago and I still love it! I will continue to bring my vehicle in to be serviced.

I already submitted comments on the website. 2021 Chevy Silverado that was brought in for an oil change and tire rotation that resulted in me being told I need new wheel bearings. Unknown if it was from being damaged during tire removal. I had a rotation done at my previous visit with no issues. Now, at this one, they were suddenly unable to remove the lugs, stripped the studs, had to rethread them, replaced one of my black lights with a rusty one with no explanation from anyone that this occurred. So, either a tire rotation wasn’t done the first time or they over-torqued the lugs when they were put back on or they were cross threaded. I find it bothersome that there is no anti-seize used on the threads to prevent this.

Well our vehicle sat for 3 days after the diagnostics. Waiting to see if it was covered under warranty. No communications and when I called the service writers phone went to voice-mail but it was full and the service manager voice mail was full. Had to call my sales man who picked up first ring to get an answer.

I had a faulty wheel sensor. They had the part and replaced it right away.

Alex was the salesman that I worked with and he made the process incredibly smooth

Total experience was great. Sales rep Brenden Thiele was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He walked me through the vehicle and answered all my questions. Finance person Travis was great too.
